Ichi Ramen House: Experience Authentic Asian Fusion in Las Vegas

Cozy japanese restaurant serving ramen, basic sushi, apps, alcohol. The chicken ramen and black garlic ramen was delicious. Spicy tuna sushi roll hit the spot also. We would probably only skip out on the gyozas next time. Friendly staff and easy free parking.

It was my first time here I got the classic pork Ramen. It was really nothing special and quite bland. I had to go home and add some more seasonings to it. Sushi was good and the side salad that it came with was absolutely delicious. Overall, the atmosphere was a little dark, which I didn’t really like but service was pretty great. Wouldn’t rush to return though anytime soon

The service is awesome, the employees are always super nice. Even when it's busy they still serve you quickly. The food is delicious!! I highly recommend coming here if you want delicious reasonably priced food.

I have never stepped foot inside this restaurant... I use UberEats when I need hot BROTH to keep me cozy. The ramen noodles and condiments are a bonus!! NOTHING has even come close to the flavor and savoriness of your soup base. It was completely love at first sip. I will come in one day and personally handshake each and every one of the employees. It's utterly amazing.

I first came to Ichi Ramen trying to find the taste of the Convoy area of San Diego (I recently moved to Vegas and have been trying to find my spots). Now situated in the Centennial area of Vegas, I have been very happy with Ichi each and every visit I have gone. I have tried just about every ramen and have been working into the sushi rolls and appetizers. Being a chef, I have appreciated the flavor profiles and plating. I am a huge fan of their soft shelled crab app on carrot puree. For a roll, the popcorn lobster with yum yum sauce is an excellent fusion of Korean, Japanese, and American flavors. For a ramen, I have to admit the creamy chicken with a bit of kick (ask for it mild) has been my favorite. Nothing against any of the other ramens, but I appreciate simple dishes just as much as complex ones. I have always been greeted at the door, checked on at my booth/bar, and the music is always excellent. Prices are unbelievable for the quality, but I might just be used to paying more for less (CA was rough). I have my little taste of home and I can't thank Ichi enough for the kindness and attention to detail they offer.

Absolutely the Best Ramen Spot — 10/10 I’ve been coming to Ichi Ramen for years, and it’s hands down the best ramen spot I’ve ever been to. I usually get the Spicy Chicken Ramen (extra spicy) and the Crispy Rice with Tuna — both are incredible. If I’m really treating myself, I’ll add the Chicken Fried Rice, which is also amazing. I have nothing bad to say about this place — it’s five stars across the board: food, service, and consistency. The ramen here has honestly ruined every other ramen spot for me. I lived in Virginia for a while and had a favorite ramen place there, but once I tried Ichi Ramen, that was it — game over. I consider myself a bit of a ramen connoisseur, and this place is on another level. The customer service is always excellent, and my food comes out fast every time. Even when I get off work late and they’re about to close, they still take my order and let me pick it up before they shut down — I really appreciate that level of service. Anyone who works long hours knows how nice it is to still get exactly what you’re craving instead of having to settle for something else. I’ll continue recommending Ichi Ramen to all my friends and family. This place deserves every bit of praise it gets. Highly recommended — 10 out of 10 from Max!

Service was quick and waitress was very attentive. Takoyaki was great, Ichi special roll was also not lacking. Spicy garlic ramen was amazing, and very flavorful. My wife’s creamy tonkatsu ramen had a very perfectly cooked egg, and the broth is perfect for something subtle. Will definitely be back in the future!

Very cozy ambiance and the food came out?? Like sooo quick???? I think theyve got someone magical cooking back there. The appetizers were lovely and the ramen we all got was amazing <3
